Alyssa Barrack
Alyssa Barrack is an enthusiastic theatre artist, technician, and PhD student based in Central Florida. A self-identified "jack of all trades," Alyssa has professional experience in event management, production dramaturgy, scenic design, construction, and painting, lighting design, professional writing, and adjunct teaching. Their research explores audience engagement, influence, and impact across artistic mediums, fueled by a deep love for storytelling in all forms. Alyssa gets excited about building connections through the performing arts, discussing dramaturgical insights, and considering accessibility and equity in both theatre and academia. 
Stephen Butler
As a former Executive Director with the Florida Theatre Conference, Mr. Butler is delighted to return as an adjudicator for one of the most valuable tools at FTC...the High School One-Acts.Currently, Mr. Butler is the Convention Manager for the Southeastern Theatre Conference(SETC). Prior to that, he served as the Artistic Director for the Sarasota Players (Sarasota, FL).Mr. Butler is the Founder of Actors’ Warehouse (Gainesville, FL) which was honored to represent the United States at Mondial Du Théâtre International Amateur Theatre Festival (Monte Carlo, Monaco). On a national level, he serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Community Theatre (AACT) and its respective committees: Play Selection, Nominations, Finance, and International Festival.
Riley McDonald
Riley McDonald is an actor, director, teaching artist, and songwriter in New York City. A shiny spirit from the sunshine state, she grew up in the shark bite capital of the world, New Smyrna Beach, FL and has been performing as an actor and musician since childhood.  She is a proud alumna of Atlantic Theater Company’s Conservatory Program where she currently teaches part-time. Her most recent credits include: Pentecost (University of Central Florida), Human Error (University of Central Florida), No Entrance (Atlantic Acting School), The Little Foxes(Atlantic Acting School) and 100 Years of Suffrage (Daytona State College.)
Jeff Reels 
Jeff Revels is the Artistic Director at Orlando Family Stage (formerly named Orlando Repertory Theatre) where has directed many productions including The SpongeBob Musical, Click, Clack, Boo: A Tricky Treat, Pete the Cat, How I Became a Pirate, Junie B. Jones Is Not A Crook; Judy Moody & Stink: The Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Treasure Hunt; The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: The Musical; Rock The Presidents; Harry Connick Jr.’s The Happy Elf, and Orphie and the Book of Heroes. He directed Florida tours of The Amazing Adventures of Dr. Wonderful (And Her Dog!) and Katie Couric’s The Brand New Kid. Jeff works in the theme park realm as well, recently consulting on shows and script for Universal Orlando Resort as well as for Dollywood and writing for Dolly Parton. He wrote/co-directed large-scale stage spectaculars for the city of Manaus, Brazil and wrote/directed digital films seen daily at Okada Resort in Manila, Philippines.
